The Roommates

3 professional males seeking an awesome roommate that is clean, friendly, responsible, and respectful. We are all very accepting people, we don't care what your age, gender, race, sex, religion, or political affiliation is. However, we think it would be best if our roommate is comfortable around drinking and smoking. Not a party house but we will have small get-togethers every so often. Close the University of Utah/SLCC/Westminster and the canyons, so students and outdoor/active people are especially encouraged to apply. We love cooking, listening to music, and all outdoor activities.

The Room

The room available is in the basement with two windows. It has a nice open-face closet and is a good size room with decent natural light.

The Home

Our home has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths and is located in East Sugarhouse/Foothill area at the base of Parleys Canyon. The house is furnished, but the available room is not. Great views of Mount Olympus from the living room and front porch.

• 2-car garage - We use the garage for storage, projects, and our intense ping pong matches, so we don't park our cars in there.

• Tons of parking options
• We use the driveway and street for parking and have never had an issue.

Lease Information

You must sign a lease agreement, complete a background check ($30 fee), provide proof of employment and references. I am very flexible with the lease, I will typically start you in a month-to-month lease and then we can talk about extended-term leases.

Financial Information

• Rent is $775 per month
• Deposit is also $775 and is FULLY REFUNDABLE
• Move-in date is Jan 1
• Utilities (including internet) are +- $100/month, on top of rent.

Quick Notes

• Our landlord is quick to respond to our requests when an issue arises but doesn't drop by unexpectedly .
• Just because you have something on your background doesn't automatically disqualify you. Talk to us, we're very reasonable and understanding people.
