The Roommates

2 professional males seeking awesome roommates that are clean, friendly, responsible, and respectful. We are all very accepting people, we don't care what your age, gender, race, sex, religion, or political affiliation is. However, we think it would be best if our roommates are comfortable around drinking and smoking. Not a party house but we will have small get-togethers every so often. Close the University of Utah/SLCC/Westminster and the canyons, so students and outdoor/active people are especially encouraged to apply. We love cooking, listening to music, and all outdoor activities.

The Rooms Available

The first available room is the master bedroom on the main floor. It has a nice walk-in closet and has south and west facing windows. Good size room and lots of natural light. Hardwood floors and a ceiling fan that works well. Blackout curtains and double-paned windows. Views of Mount Olympus and the valley from the bedroom. Rent is $825/month.

The second available room is in the basement with two windows. It has a nice open-face closet and is a good size room with decent natural light. Rent is $775/month.

The Home

Our home has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths and is located in East Sugarhouse/Foothill area at the base of Parleys Canyon. The house is furnished, but the available rooms are not. Great views of Mount Olympus from the living room and front porch.

• 2-car garage - We use the garage for storage, projects, and our intense ping pong matches, so we don't park our cars in there.

• Tons of parking options
• We use the driveway and street for parking and have never had an issue.

Lease Information

You must sign a lease agreement, complete a background check ($30 fee), provide proof of employment and references. I am very flexible with the lease, I will typically start you in a month-to-month lease and then we can talk about extended-term leases.

Financial Information

• Deposit is the same as first month's rent and is FULLY REFUNDABLE
• Utilities (including internet) are +- $100/month on average, on top of rent.

• Our landlord is quick to respond to our requests when an issue arises but doesn't drop by unexpectedly.
• Just because you have something on your background doesn't automatically disqualify you. Talk to us, we're very reasonable and understanding people.
