This rental space comes with a shared bathroom with one of the other roommates that currently reside here. There are two roommates and two dogs that currently live in this space. This home is dog friendly for one last additional well-behaved dog ($50 per month for pet rent). Sorry NO CATS due to a serious allergy.
There is zero lawn maintenance since the HOA maintains car of all of it!this home was built in 2017. Easy access to Costco, restaurants, and shops in Mountain View Village as well as The District right up the road!
About me: I’m 27 and work full time mostly in the afternoons and evening (though I will be mornings for the next few months). I would consider myself relatively quiet. I like playing video games, making art, and I have one dog who is incredibly friendly! I have some things stored in the garage and basement, and there is room for you to store things here as well! There is only room for one car in the garage (the other side has shelves, personal storage, and the garbage cans), I’m more than happy to share the space! The driveway have room for 2 in addition to the garage.
