VenmoAvailable March 1st. I’m a single woman looking to rent out 1 bedroom in my 3bd 2ba apartment in Sandy, until my lease is up later this year. The rent will include use of my washer & dryer and utilities, (including WiFi). The bedroom is not furnished, however, I do have a Queen size mattress available for use if needed. My complex has a pool, hot tub, and a small fitness center you’ll have access to as well. My place is close to VASA, Century 16, the Ft Union Shops, and literally a few minutes from I15.
I do prefer a female renter, however, I’ll consider a male. Proof of employment is required and a small, non- refundable deposit is as well.
About me: I work full time, up early and in bed early, M-F. I’m home most weekends. I have tattoos, there is alcohol in my home, I play music regularly, I cuss in general conversation and I am 420 friendly- We can talk about that and anything else you might have questions about. I’m a good cook and will even offer to share sometimes. My home is very clean and I’m adamant about that. I do have an older indoor cat that stays in the spare bedroom and generally keeps to herself. My adult kids live close and visit frequently but other friends are less often.
