On April 1, 2026, I want to rent either the top portion or the bottom portion of my house. The address of the house is 849 N 450 W, Sunset UT 84015. You can google this address and find pictures of the interior. These rooms can be either furnished or un-furnished.

One room I can rent for $600 approximately.

The top portion for $1100 includes 3 rooms 1 full bathroom, 1 kitchen and living room approximately 1000 square feet.

The bottom portion for $900 includes 2 rooms 1 full bathroom and a kitchen and living room approximately 1000 square feet.

I’m a nice guy and I don’t have a lot of friends or family. I’ve had a lot of people take advantage of me in the past. I would welcome LDS people. I don’t drink or smoke or do illegal drugs and I don’t want someone who does any of those things either.

If I can't rent an entire level then I will rent individual rooms for $600.

We all need friends and family and safety and no one is above that.
