We are selling our practically brand new couch that is a sectional couch. It's been in a non-smoking house. There are no rips or anything wrong with the couch at all. I'll even throw in a free ottoman that has storage inside it! We bought this brand new and it has not been sat on more than a handful of times and have decided we want to do something different than having this sectional couch. The longer part is about 12 ft & the other end measures 8 ft from the corner to each end. It does not have any recliners and is exactly how you see it in the pictures. We paid $1,200 for it at Action Furniture in Midvale & it's not even a year old. The fabric is a micro fiber suede leather like material.
