We are selling our practically brand new couch that is a sectional couch. It's been in a non-smoking house. I'll even throw in a free ottoman that has storage inside it! The longer part is about 12 ft & the other end measures 8 ft from the corner to each end. There are no rips or anything wrong with the couch at all. We bought this brand new and it has not been sat on more than a handful of times and have decided we want to do something different than having this sectional couch. It does not have any recliners and is exactly how you see it in the pictures. This could be a great way to spend your tax return! We paid $1,200 for it at Action Furniture in Midvale & it's not even a year old. The fabric is a micro fiber suede leather like material.
