Private bedroom with a shared bathroom (2 people) is available in our house now! Rent is $800+shared utilities, deposit is $500. The house is located 15 min to downtown SLC by car, 5 min to Walmart, 10 min to SLCC. The bus stop is 5 min by foot. The house is only 2.5 years old, has lots of windows and stairs. Internet, washer, dryer is included. No drinking, no smoking, no pets. Room is for one person only (will consider single parent), no gender preference! Month-to-month lease!!!
