I have a 40 gallon small animal habitat assembly for sale, including stand, glass tank, and metal-grated topper, capable of housing up to eight gerbils or hamsters. All the accessories inside the habitat are included. The topper has some minor dents and dings in its corners due to some issues during shipping. Also, I reapplied some aquarium sealant to the tank's interior edges and corners due to some chewing and scratching by former inhabitants.
