I have a room available for rent, female is preferred. Sorry no pets (we already have two dogs). Located in Detriot Michigan, in a small quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors, a 5 min walk across the street to the beach and bus stop at the bottom of the street. Street parking is available in front of the house or at the top and bottom of the street for overflow parking. The room is located on the second floor and will have a shared bathroom, this bathroom would be shared with the current female tenant. Washer and dryer located in garage. Room is available for $1,000/month + utilities ($100-200 +/-). First months rent and deposit due at move in with a minimum 6 month lease
