This claim is an Unpatented federal “Lode” mining claim that consists of 20.66 acres of mineral rights 1500’x 600’. Staked, Mapped and recorded with the County and State BLM office There are numerous prospecting pits on the claim, dumps and misc workings. the main is an incline shaft around 75’ deep that has several hundred feet of underground drifts and tunnels. An Old artifact seen underground dates this small mine back over 100 years . Access is about a 20 minute hike from a good road or can get to it with an atv. Initial assaying showing good Gold content and decent initial silver in vein system . the gold is really fine ,but there locked up in the oxidized vein. Samples Showing .92 to 1.54 ounces per ton of gold from one of the veins The gold is associated with small oxidized pyrite nodules running with the quartz and country rock (see in photos). In hydrothermal deposits, gold and electrum (Ag,Au) will precipitate from hydrothermal fluids from surface oxidation of carrier minerals (like pyrites) contributing to the formation of gold and silver inclusions in the oxidized mass.
the Mining district is small and there’s not a lot of information on it, USGS states only copper as being mined in the district but local history states men in the early 1900s were finding gold associated with certain ores of the area .
These are old mine workings and would be worked at your own risk. existing accesses to underground workings may need shoring for safety and the shaft is a steep incline where a rope and associated skills will be required, but there are still plenty of spots on the surface to work without going underground. -casual use is permitted on all mining claims, if heavy equipment or larger scale operation is planned, permitting and bonding is required with the Blm.\
-Sale is for mineral rights only
-you do not own the land
-ownership transferred via Quitclaim
no building or living on a mining claim unless approved under a permitted mining operation
Mining Processes other than gravity seperation may be needed to recover the various elements in the different ore types on the claim as there are many, like flotation, leaching, roasting and smelting with cupellation.
0% interest financing over 12 months with 10k down payment . Message for info
