Dues are due in march and have been around 3200 yearly! Purchase before March and you will have a say on what gets voted as yearly dues and expenses! But that was also do to a few larger expense! The top is a welded (2 yrs) with hard surface and the solar panels reattached. Please note the aerial photo was a few years ago!
