1991 Jayco Eagle 21.5’ fifth wheel trailer

•A very comfortable trailer in really good shape •Well maintained by previous older gentleman and kept clean •Weight: Dry Weight is about 4,000lbs •Sleeps four comfortably •Kitchen: Stove, fridge, microwave, sink. •Bathroom: shower, toilet, sink •Electric AC and gas heater (propane) •Power: has Solor to maintain battery life. •awnings, flipped axels for more clearance spare tire, has hitch to tow doubles, sanitary flush for black tank •It’s in really good condition mostly original •Resealed roof as of 2 years ago there is no water damage •Is currently winterized.

Known issues: •fridge leaks gas only if turned on gas •Vent brackets are stripped and need replacing (have parts just need installed) •sun damage by rear window •tires could need replacing soon •recently found out the heater isn’t working. Will be working on that soon

Selling because we’re wanting to downsize, it doesn’t make sense for us to have a full trailer.
