Spring and fall weeks are available for use each season as this is a 12-owner boat leaving May and September-October weeks available for use as an owner for an extra $600 a week. Sunday to Sunday same day turn schedule. “Sunsation” is moored in a Slip at Wahweap Marina. The advantage of a slip allows you to use the houseboat as a floating condo and have day trips (we love this in the Fall).

Sunsation is a 2000 Horizon Yacht 58’ overall length with swim deck. Updated reliable fuel injected Mercruiser 4.5L engines for 2020 season and Bravo II outdrives for 2023.

Annual dues average around $3200 a year plus or minus depending on upgrades that owners vote on in the annual meeting (Slip rental and insurance are the bulk of annual dues approx. $1850). Great owner group that likes to reinvest in the boat to keep it nice and running smooth. Marine Survey (appraisal) done last year estimating the value at over $150,000. Houseboating experience needed for insurance.
