The word is all states are cutting back on water pulled from Lake Powell and Flaming Gorge will be filling Lake Powell back up. This 54' Houseboat is at Wahweap Marina. This group has been together for years. All our kids are out of state and we are not using our share. There are 7 other partners. Weeks are picked on rotation. Our scheduled weeks this year are July 27th - Aug 1st and Sept 7th-13th. Price includes this years dues. Yearly dues run from $2000-2500 a year. In the past couple of years we have put a new roof and extended it to the front of the boat for a completely covered front deck, Redone all flooring inside, new couch, stove and refridgerator, sleeping mats, kyaks and paddle boards on boat, 4 bedrooms-2 on main level, 2 on bottom level, slide, Chest freezer and grill as well as a TV with Starlink internet. We keep the boat in dry dock through the winter and in a slip through the summer. All winterizations and motor repairs have been done by Aramark. Call or text for more information.
