ZelleOffering a 3 bedroom 2 ½ bath condo that my family is not going to be able to use at the Canyon Villas in Coral Ridge near St. George Utah. We have a one week timeshare at this place starting on March 11th through the 18th (7 nights). The townhouse sleeps 8 and has a king bed in the master, a queen in the second room, two twins in the third bedroom, and a hide-a-way sofa bed. The unit also has a full kitchen that includes a dishwasher and microwave. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, A/C, cable TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, a private patio, and a 1 car garage. Canyon Villas at Coral Ridge is located just outside of St. George, Utah, in the city of Washington. It is conveniently located to all the many activities the southwest part of Utah has to offer. Resort features include a Clubhouse, 2 heated outdoor swimming pools, two hot tubs, exercise equipment, and a fishing pond that is literally a 2 minute walk from the condo. This place is next to the Coral Canyon golf course, and only minutes away from two State Park lakes (Sand Hollow and Quail Creek). Zions National Park is about a 30 minute drive. We are taking a hit and simply asking $1200 for the whole week which is much less than we paid for our annual maintenance fees. There are no other fees or taxes. Similar units in this area will cost much more for a similar unit with all these amenities.
