My brother was part of the LA Country Fair organization in 1995, and these enameled pins were produced and sold at the Fair (lots of folks collected them from each year's fair they attended) for $3.95 each in 1995 valued dollars.

Except for the single pin that I took out of its original individual clear plastic wrapping, the remaining 99 are still in their individual sealed packages.

So, there are a total of 100 of these Vintage 1995 LA County Fair "Pig Pins", and if you look online, the one listing for them that I found had them priced at $9.50 each (and sold out at this price!). See link below:
