Iam looking for a knowledgeable and loving home for Mr. Pickles, a healthy and vibrant Spotted Congo Puffer. Mr. Pickles is a fantastic fish with one specific quirk: he wants to be the only puffer in the tank. While he is perfectly peaceful and get along great with all of his non-puffer tankmates, he has become overly dominant toward other T. schoutedeni. To ensure the safety and well-being of my other puffers, I’ve made the difficult decision to find him a home where he can be the star of the show (or live with other species). The Details: • Species: Tetraodon schoutedeni (Spotted Congo Puffer) • Temperament: Aggressive toward other puffers; peaceful toward community tankmates. • Health: Excellent. Active, curious, and has a great appetite. • Diet: Currently eating a variety of frozen foods and live snails to keep his beak healthy. • Ideal Setup: A well-planted tank where he is the only puffer, or a community tank with fast-moving or peaceful tankmates. Rehoming Requirements: I am looking for an experienced keeper who understands puffer care (water quality and dietary needs).
