This is a lifetime purchase- unlike cheaper vises (even lesser Renzetti's) these have all machined parts and ball bearings for the rotary feature. The tolerances are incredible. Comes in original box with tools, stickers, and paperwork. If you wanted to go buy this vise with this base, it retails for $600. I'm selling this one for $275 FIRM.
