Bridger is a coming 14yr old AQHA gelding. He has mainly been my barrel and pole horse. He also trail rides, moved cattle a couple times and isn't afraid of a rope. I have never roped live cattle on him only things like fence posts, dummies and dragging my barrels around. He stands 15.3 and requires hock injections. He got a new set of shoes on February 6th, hock injections on the 10th, teeth done on March 7th. locally he has been a pretty decent 2D sometimes 3D but hit the 1D in both many times. In 2023 he started having gate issues. After a few trips back and forth to the Vet. We found out it was a shoeing issue. I gave him 6months off, got his feet fixed. 2024 I only ran him twice before finding out he had sustained an injury. January 3rd 2025 I got the all clear from the Vet to get back to full work. I spent the whole year just working with him and rebuilding his confidence. We had ups and downs at the first. But by the end of the season I had 7 solid runs on him with no gate issues. This is NOT the reason I'm selling him. We have a personality clash and 25 was a financially rough year for us. I gave him 4months off for the winter so I could catch up on my young horses. I have been back to riding him the last couple of weeks. So he is not in running shape yet.
