Super nice premium grass-fed angus steer, privately raised and pastured on grass, finished with grain supplement. Cost is $6/lb hanging weight (includes the cut and wrap). Estimated hanging weight is 375-400 lbs. We’ve scheduled the butcher and he will contact you for your specific cutting instructions once it’s aged and ready to process. Deposit is required to reserve. Headed to the butcher next week!
