Hey all! Looking for a roommate to fill a room in a spacious Midvale duplex starting April 1st or earlier. I just redid all the flooring in the house and the basement bathroom. This property is recently updated! 4 bed, 2 bath with two living rooms. There are 3 other roommates currently in the basement, two males. Both roomies are professionals (32), (30), and (34). Lease is flexible, but I prefer a year long lease and you can move in whenever (I can prorate). I own the duplex and live on the other side of the complex. Roomates are into gaming, camping, outdoor adventures and are clean. The house is around 6700 S. 700 E. $775 for the room in the house. Security deposit is one months rent. All utilities included. This includes TVs with streaming capabilities if you like to lounge. The kitchen is fully stocked with communal dishes, pots,, rice cooker, etc. We also share spices and sauces! We are open to M/F/Other/They/etc. The right fit for us is really important. We are looking for people who are respectful and clean. Plenty of space for gear storage!
