Good condition for the year. Has working roof A/C, heated 5 gallon water tank, D/C fridge or propane. The fan bearing on the heater is going out. Needs bearing replaced. It did have surge brakes that have been removed. Does have some mold that has been treated and re water proofed.

Haven't used it for several years as the kids are all gone.
