Can fit one four wheeler up front, and has roof rack for transporting other toys.

Slide out dinette, heater, no ac, but it does have a ceiling vent with fan to circulate air along with other fans, fridge, power to lift and lower, heated mattresses, hanging “cabinet” over sink, hanging “baskets” over beds, stove, outdoor attachment for grill and table, great indoor and outdoor lighting, has speakers for radio, but we’ve never used.

Everything works.

Bathroom has NEVER been used, same with awning.

Covered when not in use.

Everything currently winterized.
