A large, well lit bedroom is available in a spacious, quiet 2900 sqft, 5 BR, 2½ bath, Millcreek home located one minute from Millcreek REI. Views of mountains, attached one car garage [used for storage], great backyard with patio and grill, W/D, D/W, central heating, whole house fan, two living rooms, dining room, ample storage, fenced yard, vegetable garden, fruit trees, berry patches. Hardwood floors upstairs, carpeted downstairs. Off and on street parking. One minute away from the entrance to Millcreek Canyon; 10 minutes to the University of Utah.
We are a low key household of four (total) working professionals who enjoy getting outside to climb, boulder, run, bike, hike, ski, garden and more. There is no cable; we don’t watch much TV; rarely run the central air and keep the heat at a low setting; typically dry our laundry on the clothesline or drying rack; we are each responsible for biweekly chores, clean up the kitchen after we use it, and are considerate, kind, friendly and tidy.
Monthly rent is $725 per month plus shared household expenses (utilities, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, etc.) -- typically runs about $75-100 per month. Move in cost is first month’s rent, last month’s rent, and fully refundable deposit ($500): $1,950.
6 month lease preferred. Full size available.
No couples, cats, pets that shed, smoking or hard drugs.
