VenmoI am selling my Martin T1K. This is a fantastic ukulele, and you really can’t find an all solid koa ukulele for this price. I bought this ukulele in December 2025, and it has been kept in a humidity controlled cabinet ever since. It is in like new condition.
I have too many ukuleles, including a couple other tenor koa ukuleles, so I really am not playing this as much as I should. This uke is LOUD, and it has that signature koa sound and brightness. I did replace the stock strings with a Living Water low g set. These fluorocarbon strings really helped tame the brightness of the T1K, and the resulting tone is very good.
The koa on this T1K is beautiful with nice striping and coloring. The finish is a smooth satin, and it brings out the koa visually. When you change your viewing angle the colors change just slightly, kind of like those cars with two colors. It’s hard to describe but it is really cool to see in person.
Comes with a Martin padded gig bag.
From Martin’s website: “The T1K Uke features a solid Hawaiian koa body for warm, lively tone and striking visual appeal. With a comfortable tenor size and classic Martin craftsmanship, it’s built for tone, beauty, and lasting performance.”
