ZelleI am renting my basement located in West Valley. I would prefer to rent the whole basement to one person/group, but depending on interest, the bedrooms may be rented individually. Basement as a whole would be $1800 month. Month to month only. Security deposit and background check required. Individual rooms would be (from largest room to smallest) $800, $725 and $600. Depending on amount of renters, there may be a portion of the utilities added to monthly rent. Located near 4100 South/3600 West. Less than two miles from UTA hub in WVC.
I live on the ground floor with a small friendly dog. Laundry is at the top of the basement stairs and the kitchen is right there as well. Use of kitchen and dining room is included.
I am looking for nice people who do not bring drama to the table. We don't have to be friends but positive interactions and communication is a must. I am ok with alcohol (but not alcohol abuse or big parties), but no smoking or vaping in the house. Garage is not available for storage but there is storage under the basement stairs as well as a cold storage room in the larger bedroom.
