Looking for a reliable, fun, and safe partner without the full commitment of ownership? Meet our stunning 13-year-old black Quarter Horse mare available for half lease! She’s the total package: versatile, seasoned, and incredibly safe, with a long history of consistent riding and competition.

What She Offers:

• 100% sound, sane, and sweet

• Smooth gaits and an easy-going personality

• Ridden consistently for 11 years

• Trained in multiple disciplines – including show jumping, mounted archery, dressage, trail riding, and more

• Trained extensively with Clinton Anderson’s Downunder Horsemanship Method – successfully reached the 2nd tier (intermediate stage) of his program

• Attended two Downunder Horsemanship clinics with Jeff Davis and has even been ridden by him (photos available)

• Has been shown in multiple competitions with riders of all ages

• Great on trails, including Dimple Dell and the Jordan River Trail

• Stands tied, loads, bathes, picks up feet easily, and is very catchable

• Beginner-safe and confidence-building, yet still responsive and fun for more advanced riders

Lease Details:

• Riding time: 3 days maximum per week

• On-site only (private property with arena, roundpen, and trail access)

• Lease fee includes regular care (food, water, and housing) – full terms will be covered in contract

• Two complimentary lessons per month provided by me (included in lease fee; any additional lessons will have an additional fee)

• Half-lessee may show her at competitions. Details about showing are covered in the Lease Contract (Linked below).

• Trailer available for off-site transportation (trails, clinics, or shows) for a small additional fee – advance notice required when the trailer will be used

• Use your tack or mine – tack fit check will be done before riding

• Direct access to trails for trail riding just outside the boarding property
