Ash is a registered 2021 gray mare with a kind disposition and an easygoing, willing attitude. She loves attention, enjoys being handled, and has proven herself to be a versatile young mare with a solid foundation. She has been professionally trained in cutting and sorting, knows her leads, and works nicely in the bridle. Ash has also been exposed to a little bit of everything, making her a well-rounded prospect for both the arena and the trail. On the trail, she is confident and dependable. She willingly rides out alone, leaves a group without issue, and crosses water, ditches, and logs without hesitation. She has been started on opening and closing gates from her back, has had ropes swung off her, and has experience moving and tracking live cattle. Very little seems to bother this mare. Ash is gentle enough that we’ve had small kids crawl up on her for their turn to ride, and she stays quiet and relaxed. She clips, bathes, stands well for her feet, currently wears shoes, and loads and unloads from the trailer with ease. She has also been ridden around traffic and handles it well. She is a point-and-go type mare with a great mind and a willing nature. Ash will make an excellent addition to a variety of homes and has the talent to continue excelling in the arena, on the ranch, or out on the trails.
