ApplePayI am selling my Kala Uke Like The Pros Concert Ukulele (KA-SSMHG-C). I don’t really want to sell it but I am just out of space and I don’t have any room for more ukuleles. It has a solid spruce top and laminated mahogany back and sides. Brand new this is $200, but I am selling for $140.
I bought this ukulele in August of 2025 and I have kept it in either a humidified case or humidified cabinet the entire time. Always been in a smoke-free environment. I have played it a bit but given the number of my ukuleles this one is in excellent to like-new condition.
I really like the sunburst pattern on top (matches my Epiphone J-45!) and the rosette is really cool as well. There was some excess glue on the fretboard around the first fret but I have cleaned it off and you can barely see it now. It never affected the performance of the uke, it was just slightly shiny to the appearance.
I put on some Pepe Romero strings with a wound low G and, coupled with the spruce top, it really makes this thing sing. I love the sound of it. Very loud and punchy for a concert size ukulele. I also installed strap buttons.
Comes with a gig bag.
