• FEMALE preferred. One adult only. No couples. Must be clean, responsible, reliable, independent and financially stable.
• Two month contract required. Thereafter, rental is on a month to month basis. Refundable, cleaning/damage deposit required of $600
• Clean bedroom for rent in a clean, peaceful, freshly painted owner occupied house. If you are a person working from home there will be an additional charge for office space.
• Unfurnished bedroom for $550.00/month, 1,700 plus sq. foot house and a peaceful living environment with a gated and fenced back yard.
• Biking, hiking and walking trails nearby. Close to grocery stores as well.
• No drugs, no pets, no smoking, reptiles, birds etc. Occasional alcohol acceptable and must be of legal age to consume. Homeowner has allergies to smoke.
• Credit and criminal background check required, 650+ credit score required.
• Driveway parking available.
