This is a unique living situation so I’d like to explain as best as I can to make sure it’s the right fit! I (36f) live in the home with my young adult son (18) and my younger son (10). We own 2 dogs and 1 cat. We occupy the two rooms in the basement. I have another home that I stay at with my younger son and dogs quite frequently and will only be at this house some of the time. Because of that, you will have majority of the main living space to yourselves. The living room is all yours! The kitchen is partially shared. The fridge is emptied for your use, and half of the cupboard space is available for your use. The bathroom is shared with some space available in the vanity for your things. The laundry room is downstairs but is also a shared space. The bedrooms and living room will be unfurnished. Our house has a fully fenced yard, great for dogs and kids, with a playset in the backyard.
A little bit about my family: We are busy bodies. On the go. We are pretty easy-going, open minded. Love the outdoors, focusing on our physical and mental health, and love some humor to get through the day. We are clean individuals but aren’t OCD about it either.
