It does have very minor surface marks and signs of use, and one tiny harline crack in the finish on the bottom front of the body that we'll show in the photos. It's super small and not that visible. The case does have one broken latch, but it's the one on the back side that isn't really even necessary. Otherwise it's in great shape! It has the bigsby style whammy/vibrato bar.
