Has the flap cover to keep the pets in/out, along with the weather. You’d probably want to replace the flap (easy to do - order from Amazon and it’s just five super easy to access screws - takes 2 mins). These are $200, I’ll let it go for $60 cash to get it to someone who will continue to use it and be OK with it being preloved. Throw on a new flap and it looks near perfect when installed. Measures appx 80” tall and is adjustable. Medium sized door/opening. Cash, Venmo, PayPal work and pickup in Millcreek. Save yourself a bunch of money and grab this one! Thanks for looking!
