Suite includes a large bedroom with a king size hybrid memory foam bed, large closet, 6 drawer dresser, a 44" TV, white noise machine, full bath, living room with a dedicated workspace/desk and a 65" TV, kitchenette and dining area, shared laundry room with RO drinking water faucet, in-garage secure parking with opener, access to shared hot tub and beautiful backyard oasis and large covered patio. Garage access to basement stairwell is only 3 steps so it's private and direct. Privacy is a top priority. Homeowner is retired and has 3 dogs and 2 cats so if you have pet allergies or an aversion to animals this may not be a good fit for you. The dogs do not go into the basement, but the two senior cats do on occasion. The bedroom door is kept shut to restrict their access to the bedroom.
