We are torn but decided to sell our partial ownership at one of our favorite places on earth.

This is a single week of ownership on a great boat. We have personally put hundreds of hours into upkeep and maintaining this houseboat. Picture show some of the past work we have done to update and improve the boat. The ownership group is amazing and does so much together to keep this boat looking and running great.

June 12-19th is the week on the boat this year. It’s around that same Friday to Friday week every year (no rotation). It’s perfect because it’s just after school gets out, and before it is crazy hot. The only reason we are selling is because our kids all play spring/summer competitive sports and we have only been able to enjoy the boat 3-4 days each year the past 5-6 years.

No holds, price is firm, there are annual ownership meetings and work weekends. Annual dues have been around $2k and current dues have not been paid and are not included in the listed price. Ask for more details.
