Additional Owner Bonus Weeks In addition to your primary ownership week, owners have access to up to six additional weeks per year during early and late season, subject to availability: Six bonus weeks available annually $1,500 per week (optional, only if you want an extra week) Ideal for spring and fall trips, fishing, cooler weather, and flexible getaways. A significant value compared to chartering or renting. This structure gives owners far more flexibility and lake time than a standard two-weeks-per-year ownership model. Annual Dues- Annual dues typically run around $2,500, per year. Dues may vary slightly based on upgrades voted on by the owner group. With many major upgrades recently completed, the next several years are expected to remain close to this estimate. All dues go directly toward maintenance, operations, and improvements — not management company profit. Turnaround cost is $1800 which includes everything.
