Just over 2300 sqft total, 2.5 baths with full washer and dryer, attached garage and unfinished basement for some storage of items. The room avalible is 9'10 x 10' with the thicker light brown shelves (has since been removed) is $650 with all utilities included and a shared bathroom. ( A fullsize bed with frame is avaible if wanted)

The home is dog friendly for 1-2 additional well-behaved and friendly dogs ($50 per month for each dog) . Sorry NO CATS I have a pretty serious allergy.

ABOUT ME: I am 27 and work full-time mostly during the afternoons and evenings. I am pretty quiet. I do not work from home but I do stream video games and all that and love to draw. I have 1 dog who is incredibly friendly and protective of the house and all who are in it. I have some things stored in the garage and basement and I'm fine if you have things to put there too.

I currently only have room for 1 car in the garage (other half has a motorcycle in it plus the trash bins) but I am ok sharing that space. The driveway has room for 2 cars in addition to the garage. There is zero lawn maintenance since the HOA takes care of all that. The home was built in 2017 and is very nice with super easy access to the new Costco and all the shops and restaurants in Mountain View Village as well as The District right up the road.
