I purchased this Precor treadmill new February 2016. I’ve had it routinely maintained from Justin at Advanced Fitness Repair (801-836-9259). It has 5,615 miles on it. The motor, deck and belt were all replaced in the last couple of years and light usage since then. The belt is a commercial belt with 30,000 mile life and ~ 28,000 miles remaining. The model comparable to this is the Precor TRM 631 which sells for $7,985. The deck has little wear and can still be flipped in a few thousand miles as needed. This treadmill weighs 358 lbs all assembled. I’m moving to Florida and won’t need it there. This treadmill has been indoors in my basement. It was taken apart and moved to my garage as we prepared to move. Justin came 4/15/26 and put it all back together and ensured everything is in great condition.
