We are a private 501(c)(3) foundation that seeks to provide needed resources and opportunities for some of the community's most vulnerable and at-risk individuals served by Synergy Family Services. Synergy Family Services seeks out resources that will enhance their well being. Synergy Family Services provides foster care, group homes, a day program, and care to people of various ages, from older adults to youth, with various needs, and several of them with disabilities. Funding is limited and as such our foundation seeks to raise money through fundraisers such as this. All money will go towards obtaining the resources needed to provide opportunities that will enhance the well being of the members of Synergy Family Services. Some of the items we are seeking to obtain with this funding are outdoor playground climbing equipment and three adult tricycles to be used by the clients of Synergy Family Services in their day program.
