ZelleI bought this kit new in January 2025 with the intent to test my reef tank water, but never did. I never opened it until now (April 2026) to find that the reagents expired this month. I don’t plan to use it, and other than opening the package to check reagent dates, everything is hermetically sealed the way it was when purchased. I would think that the reagents still have at least a few months that they could be reliable, if not longer, as well as all the other test kit components (syringes, cuvettes, etc.) still being fine. So I’m letting it go for less than half the price it cost new ($90).
I’m also throwing in all the dosing solutions that I bought for trace colors: Iodine, Potassium, and Iron. I was using them for a short while, but of each of the 500 mL bottles, I might have used about 10 mL from each, so they’re practically full. ($63 value)
Feel free to ask any questions. I can ship the test kit if you want to pay for shipping. I can’t ship the bottles of trace elements because they’ve been opened and would leak.
