I'm renting an unfurnished room in my house. The room which is 11 ft by 8.5 ft, not including the closet which is 6 ft by 2.5 ft. That is approx 108 square feet for the bedroom. The house is a split level home, 1900 square ft, five bedrooms 1.5 bathrooms. The house is in kearns, near mountain view corridor. I'm only renting out two rooms, there would be a total of three people living in the home. Bathrooms are shared. There's a small exercise room, washer dryer, hot tub, outdoor fire pit, deck and bbq grill available for use by roommates. Rent is $600 a month which includes utilities and internet, which is Google fiber. Deposit is $400. Smoking outside only is OK. I would prefer someone with no pets as I have three cats. I would prefer someone who drinks little to no alcohol.

Presons interested should be able to clean up after themselves.
