VenmoD8H starts up and runs. It will only run at about 1/3 throttle right now, we are pretty sure it's got some sort of problem in the governer. we were able to move the fuel rack manually and get it to throttle up all the way, which is why we suspect the problem is I. The governer. The exhaust manifold is cracked, and has a couple of leaks. But other than those few problems it's in decent shape.
