VenmoThis is a great great upright piano that needs a tuning. A professional tuner looked at the piano and said the piano can be restored into great working condition. He noted the following:
Repairs: C4: Sticking. Jack slipping out, not checking and rubbing against C#4 A#5: key B5: Sticking. Jack slipping out. Not checking all the way. E6: Sticking. Not checking back. F6: sticking. Rubbing against E6 Piano bench legs wobble
Regulation: All dampers still ring Sostenuto pedal feels loose. Hammer rail is loose. Key leveling and spacing.
Voicing: Deep grooves in bi and tri wire hammers
Tuning: didn’t test but most likely needs a pitch raise in addition to a tuning.
