An undelivered package ahe a couple years old, in storage, out weather, 23x27 pre cut logs, house garade 40, all logs stamped so you can get a building permit. has floor system, joists, 3/4" sheating, windows, buck, door, gables, instructions, roof was includes but was rtuss, and i neved ordered that yet as if snow load changes ?? i have roof plywood cdx sheeting 6/12 pitch, spikes, adhesives caulking, rick 385-743-0906 was 45,000 but 39,000 i can load, of have shiped. old plans but would have to be updated to a ne lot and snowload.
