It does have a few marks on it but nothing major! If i can find anymore baby clothes laying around i will add those in too! No extra cost! This doll just fits preemie baby clothes or I’m sure it will fit in regular doll clothes thats just what we have used!! It will come with the blanket and onesie it has on though!!
