VenmoKuat NV 2 bike rack. This is the original version, not the NV 2 It has built in lock cables and the all important anti-rattle hitch tightening system. The cam lock system for this is brand new and just replaced. There is some surface rust as shown in a couple images, but doesn't affect the functionality of the rack. The rack tilts up when not in use, and also tilts down slightly to allow access to inside tailgates on most SUV's. Comes with hitch pin lock and keys for hitch pin and built in cable locks. Has the built in bike stand feature that has never been used, so I'm not sure of it's functionality.
