Selling an awesome Kawasaki KX250F for my younger brother here, this bike once was a ripper but he is ready to move onto something else and the bike is going to need some work to get running again for someone, but would make a great first bike & project bike for the right person.
Top end was rebuilt last year including adjusting the valve clearances, replacing the piston, and cleaning up the cylinder. Unfortunately on discovery the cylinder head has an intake valve & valve seat that appear to need some work done. It may require having a machine shop repair/replace and cut the valve seat or an overall replacement, we just honestly do not know. WIth my brother wanting to move onto a different bike we have decided that it is not in our interest to pay to fix it ourselves.
Being said, the bike will still start, it is just extremely difficult to do so and it usually likes a few sniffs of starting fluid and bump starting to fire up, and it only likes to idle when its warm enough.
Another thing that this motorcycle is gonna need is some new fork seals. As seen on the picture they are leaking pretty good so the next owner is going to probably want to fix that up as well.

It truly once was an awesome bike but with the work needed and my little brother ready to move on to something more oriented for him, we are looking to part ways with it for someone who it would be better fitted for.
