New awning and re-coated roof in 24’ . New hd Monroe shocks+steering stabilizer in 25’

Meticulous maintenance sense we’ve owned it (2020) engine oil and filter changed with full synthetic annually no matter the miles. and has never gave us any problems, everything works as it should.

-1 slideout -hydraulic leveling jacks -200w solar on the roof -3000w inverter charger that runs the entire motorhome -hitch with 7 way plug and trailer brake controller (pulls the side by side great) -aux trans cooler -smart/roku tv with sound bar -2 burner camp chef w/quick connect to motorhome, any appliances/pots/pans, and low hour dual fuel 5000w, remote start, inverter generator all included. -cruises down the highway at 65-70 no problems

— the bad:

Right rear window leaked at some point in its life and the siding under it is delaminated. Has long since been repaired but the siding still has a bubble.

Onboard generator was unreliable and loud, and expensive to replace so we removed it and just bring the portable generator with us. Everything is still there if you wanted to get a new Onan generator and install it . Can use the shore power cord at the rear or plug the generator in at the front where the Onan use to be.

It’s currently winterized but will un-winterize and fill the fuel tank up for ya. Clean title in hand.
