He is still in tact so you could breed him for some of the most ADORABLE calves that would be easy to calve out, or put him in the freezer. He is naturally polled like his dad. The Galloway meat is supposed to be very tasty, right up there with Wagu beef. He's a pretty fluffy guy in the winter as well. A great meat and milk crossed calf.
