We ordered this playset to be delivered through a 3rd party website because it was scheduled to arrive before our son's birthday party, but it still hadn't arrived a week after the promised delivery date. We called and cancelled the order and bought a different swingset. Two days after our order was supposedly cancelled, we got a notification that it shipped, and it's now taking up our whole driveway. The support team (consisting an AI chat bot and an overseas call center) has been a pain in the butt to work with, including trying to return it. We definitely don't need or have space for two swingsets, so at this point we're just trying to cut our losses and sell it. Let our nightmare be your next great deal.
This set retails at $1900 from Lifetime, with an additional $150-$200 delivery fee, and it's out of stock and not anticipated to be back in stock until July. We're selling it for $1800, and I'll even throw in free delivery up to 50 miles away. That's $250+ savings and nearly 2 months faster than you can get it from Lifetime.
